This website is operated by Z Robotics Inc (智澄英达（杭州）科技有限公司, “Zhicheng AI”, “we”). We are the handler of the personal information you submit through this website.

2. What we collect

You can browse this website without giving us any personal information. We collect information only when you send an enquiry through the form on the Contact page:

• Information you enter: name, company or organisation, phone number, email address, areas of interest and a description of your needs. Your name and at least one of phone or email are required; everything else is optional.
• Information recorded when you submit: submission time, the page you submitted from, IP address and browser type (User-Agent). We use these only to block spam and diagnose technical problems.

Please do not include sensitive personal information such as ID or bank account numbers in your message. We do not need it to answer your enquiry.

3. How we use it

• To answer your enquiry, arrange demos and provide proposals and quotes;
• To follow up with you about the business you asked about;
• To keep the website and form secure and prevent abuse.

We process this information on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form, and where necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you. We will not use it for any other purpose without first asking for your separate consent. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Where it is stored and for how long

Your submission is processed by Huawei Cloud FunctionGraph and delivered by email to Zhicheng AI’s company mailbox (DingTalk enterprise mail). It is stored within the People’s Republic of China and is not transferred abroad.

We keep your information only as long as needed for these purposes: no more than 3 years after your enquiry has been handled, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a law or administrative regulation requires otherwise.

5. Processors, sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. To provide this service we use the following processors, who may only handle your information on our instructions, within the agreed scope and with appropriate safeguards:

• Huawei Cloud — website hosting and form processing;
• DingTalk enterprise mail — receiving and storing enquiry emails.

Otherwise we will only provide your personal information to a third party with your separate consent, or where required by law or by a judicial or administrative authority. We do not publicly disclose your personal information.

6. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

All fonts, images and videos on this website are served from its own server, so browsing the site sends no requests to third parties.

7. How we protect it

Submissions are encrypted in transit over HTTPS; we collect only the minimum needed to answer your enquiry; access to the mailbox and cloud accounts is limited to the staff who handle enquiries; and the sending account’s password is stored encrypted. If a personal-information security incident occurs, we will notify you and report it to the authorities as required by law.

8. Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, you have the right to:

• access and obtain a copy of your personal information;
• correct or complete information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your personal information;
• withdraw your consent (this does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it);
• ask us to explain this policy and how we handle your information.

To exercise these rights, contact us as described in section 11. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will reply within 15 working days of receiving your request.

9. Children

This website is intended for businesses and institutions, not for children under 14. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 14 without a guardian’s consent, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. We will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects the purposes, methods or types of information we process, we will point it out clearly and, where required, ask for your consent again.
